I wore this sweater at TNNA and I can not thank everyone enough for all the lovely comments I have received about it there and on my project page on Ravelry. (Thank you Connie for the mentions! xoxo) It was one of those designs that I really liked, but I wasn’t sure if others would. So you all have made me very happy!
I am a day early with this post, the pattern should be ready and up for sale tomorrow, but here is a quick preview. I will add in the links to purchase it as soon as the tech’ing is complete!
Goodale is named after the street that we were on in Columbus, Ohio where Melissa LaBarre took these lovely photos. It is knit from the top down with raglan shaping an i-cord edging and simple folded over pockets. The size that I am wearing 34″ (shown with no ease) and the 31 1/2″ sizes each take only 2 hanks of Madelinetosh Pashmina. Sizes 38, 41 1/4, 45 1/4, 49 1/4, 52 1/2, will take 3 hanks each and sizes 55 1/2 and 58 3/4 will need 4 hanks each.
Oooooh, the pockets are so cool! No wonder everyone loved it : )

THAT is ADORABLE.
I just got a review copy of New England Knits, btw, and think I may be in love with your brain a little. And I’m buying this pattern just as soon as I get one of the (uh…more than a few) sweater WIPs off the needles. (Soon, though. On a finishing streak.)
Must. Not. Cast. On. (yet)
