Just a quick post to say Happy Holidays everyone! I’ll be leaving after work tomorrow for a trip up to Portland, ME for the first of the CEY Fall 2010 photo shoots. I’m looking forward to seeing the city decorated for the holidays and, of course, seeing Pam and Carrie. Ethan is coming up with me to take advantage of great shops to finish up our Christmas shopping and our hotel is right on the bay. It should be lovely! I’m hoping that there is at least a little snow left for the photo shoot.
Speaking of snow, Ethan and I took advantage of the snow storm to take some pics of 2 more accessories I am self publishing under “Winged Knits.”
A cozy winter hood and a free “winged” hat pattern.
Here is my Quick Winter Hood: (click here to purchase the pattern)
That hood looks so cozy….may need to make me one!
Have a lovely festive season!

Can you provide some details about yarn weight and needles size before I purchase? Thx.

Hi Mary,
The hood is knit in Twinkle Soft Chunky yarn, it is super bulky and I knit the hood at 7sts and 12 rows over 4″ with size US 17 needles.
